How laser lipolysis works:

Under local anesthesia, a small needle containing an optical fiber is inserted into the fat portion to remove it. The laser destroys fat cells, it also removes the cell walls, and fibers that keep up packets of cellulite. The fat  is released by aspiration .The laser also has the advantage of coagulating vessels. Finally, heating the deep layer of the dermis, it causes skin retraction, which ultimately is the key point of the technique to have smoother skin.

the results are not immediate, but takes about 4 to 6 months, and continue to improve after one year.
